Requirement: Siebel Analyst - service contract & eService management
Location: Bay Area, CA
Duration: 6 plus months (possible extension for 12 to 16 months)
Looking for Siebel Functional Analyst having excellent knowledge of Service contracts and eService management.
Skills:
- Candidates must know Siebel Service Contracts.
- Candidates must know eService management.
- Minimum 5 years of Siebel CRM and at least 3 years of service contracts and eService management experience. (more is better)
- Minimum 2 full life cycle implementations.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Siebel Analytics or other BI tools.
- Experience with one or more - Siebel PRM, Call Management, Procurement, service parts planning,
- Should have knowledge of current CRM trends, products and best practices.
- Excellent written, communication and client presentation skills.
