Domain Modeler Architect

Description :
This position will be primarily responsible for handling domain modeling effort; right from requirements to the design and implementation of the domain objects.
The ideal individual will be at an Architect level in his career with having played the role of a domain modeler in multiple projects.
Essential Job Functions
This role performs following responsibilities within established project timelines:
End-to-end responsibility for domain modeling effort from requirements to conceptual and physical design.
Provide hands-on domain modeling and development support for the project.
Enforce business rules and behavior with the domain model.
Own the creation of supporting documentation for the modeling effort.
Enforce Enterprise standards around domain modeling.
Understand the data model and be able to converse intelligently with the data modeling team.
Requirements
Experience
8+ years of total software design and development experience in Java/J2EE.
3+ years of Domain Modeling experience.
Must have analyzed and designed an object oriented domain model for multiple Java/J2EE projects.
Must be thorough with concepts in object modeling and data modeling.
Analytical creative and very well-organized.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Skills & Knowledge
Java 1.5, J2EE 1.4, UML, Spring 2.5 (desired), Spring 2.x (Required), Hibernate 3.0, JPA, Oracle, webservices.
Eclipse, Rational Rose, RSA, Erwin.
Must communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal and external customers.
Other
Requires little or no supervision.
Exhibits professional behavior and adheres to company policies and procedures.
Has good organizational and interpersonal skills.
