Description: The consultant will perform technology risk assessments and other client work related to IT Security Services offerings and act as team lead during engagements or portions of engagements. The consultant will conduct risk assessments based upon security best practices (ISO 27001 & 27002, PCI DSS). Risk assessments will include a combination of documentation review, interview sessions and technical hands-on IT asset (firewalls, network devices, servers, desktops, directory services, etc) reviews. The consultant will conduct vulnerability scanning and penetration testing (automated and manual). Upon completion of risks assessments and vulnerability scans the consultant will communicate recommendations to clients in verbal and written format. The consultant will also have experience developing security policies and security strategies. The consultant is expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of security threats, countermeasures, security tools, and network technologies. The consultant will be expected to develop and maintain client relationships and assist the sales process. The consultant will identify and implement improvements in existing processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. 5 to 7 years of Industry experience
2. 3 to 4 years of Subject Field experience (Networking/consulting/computer security/IT risk assessment)
3. The consultant should have experience performing risk assessments, compliance audits (ISO, PCI, TG-3. etc) network penetration test, vulnerability scans, and IT asset reviews.
4. The consultant should have a 4 year college degree.
5. Authorised to work in the US
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

1. CISSP
2. CISA
3. CEH
4. PCI DSS QSA Certification
5. MCSE
6. CCNA / CCDP
7. Big 4/5 or large system integrator or regional audit firm experience
