...and you:
• Are an expert Agile web developer who has successfully designed, built, and deployed one or more commercial web applications.
• Have strong experience in one or more of the following web frameworks (ASP.NET MVC, Rails, Spring, Django, Cold Fusion, or CakePHP).
• Have the willingness (and ability) to learn new frameworks and new technologies.
• Are an expert OO developer (preferably with .NET2.0+ experience) that understands MVC concepts.
• Are an expert in XHTML, XML, JSON, JScript, Ajax, and CSS.
• Have strong communication skills and believes in team work.
• Knows enough about databases, LAMPs, and general IT stuff to get the job done.
• Have great UI skills (experience with Photoshop, Flex, Silverlight, or some Ajax UI toolkit is a plus).
• Are familiar with TDD and unit testing concepts.
Your challenges:
• Lead the development of a new line of web products that is going to rock the pharmaceutical industry.
• Be part of the design and architecture of major products and contribute to legacy projects as needed.
• Work with various groups to understand the problems, suggest creative solutions, and create prototypes.
• Guide junior developers and help build up the team's overall knowledge.
• Wear more than one hat when needed (hat rack provided).
