* A seasoned UI designer with a specialty in developing RIAs.

* A master of all client side software ([X]HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

* A great debugger who have used different tools like Firebug plugin to find any problems

* Well-versed in at least one JavaScript framework (preferably Dojo)

* Focused, proactive, thorough, articulate, well-presented, and confident and love fast-paced, high-growth environments

* Extremely familiar with all browsers

You possess:

* Mastery of W3C web standards and specifications

* 5+ years experience in HTML/XHTML/DHTML, JavaScript, DOM, AJAX, XML, and CSS (including layouts without tables)

* Use of IDEs preferably MyEclipse

* Working knowledge of integrating UI with frameworks such as Struts/Tiles.

* Working knowledge of database (any) and framework like Hibernate (preferable but not needed)

* Strongly opinionated about what constitutes clean and beautiful design

* Able to communicate well with groups and integrate the ideas and vision of your peers

* Working knowledge of source control software (preferably Subversion)

* Drive - you must be a self starter, able to work solo or in a team environment and welcome responsibility early on

* Strong analytical skills and collaboration skills, enjoy assisting other team members in problem solving.

* Have fun day to day

* Work with our entire company to develop a beautiful and polished consumer-facing site

* Own all XHTML, CSS, JavaScript for the site

* Handle multiple project deliverables and balance multiple priorities and deadlines
