Qualifications:
• BS in Computer Science or related field of study with 2-4 years of commercial Java software development
• Must be a top notch MySQL DBA
• Demonstrate knowledge of J2EE technologies and Database technologies
• Experience with agile software practices with special emphasis on unit/regression testing methodologies
• Strong passion in developing/programming and debugging commercial grade software
• Experience ORM solution/implementation like EJB3/Hibernate/TopLink and database technologies like MySQL/Oracle
• Experience with Java MVC frameworks that support rich application model (GWT (Google Web Toolkit) /Wicket/Rich JSF).
• Strong communication and written skills, ability to communicate your ideas with others.
• Able to thrive in a growing company and learn new skill sets while working
• Desirable: Experience in the implementation of consumer facing ecommerce systems
