We currently have a client with the following full-time position:
SAP HR Applications Specialist
The Human Resources (HR) Application Specialist's role is to support the SAP Benefits and SAP to ADP payroll ongoing application support.
This support includes delivering support to end users in the organization about how to use SAP's and ADP's HCM software programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives.
The Application Specialist is responsible for configuration, testing, training, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to benefits and payroll systems including interfaces from SAP to 3rd party benefits providers like Aetna, ADP Cobra, Fidellity, and Cigna.
Other duties include:
Working with the HR Department on configuration, testing, and best practice implementation of the SAP Benefits module and the PA module as it relates to benefits and payroll and ongoing support of ADP Connection and ADP Payforce.
Participating in the execution of functional unit testing, user role testing, and integration testing.
Position Requirements
1-3+ years SAP HCM application support experience. PA and Benefits experience a must. ESS/MSS and SAP-ADP interface specific experience a plus.
