Should have 4-5 years IT experience.
Onsite co-ordination work with offshore and clients
Should haveDesign and programming experience, Testing in CapStone Decision Manager minimum of around 1 year.
Prior onsite experience.
Interact directly with the end users and clients for Requirements elicitation and validation.
Good to have skills - Java, Web logic, Cobol, Power builder.
Should have good communication skills.
