Oracle DBA with ETL experience
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday -- Friday
Responsibilities:
This is a project to replace an existing replication process with a corresponding equivalent ETL process. The current process is implemented using IBM DataMirror and the equivalent process will be implemented using the Oracle Data Integrator ETL tool. The project has little to no integration requirements. The DBA Team requires additional help in supporting the project, specifically in any database configuration or tuning that may be required for adequate solution performance.
• The resource would be assigned to a specific project that we have queued up around the implementation of an ETL solution.
• This is specific to the Oracle database platform and would be the implementation, configuration and tuning of the database platform, not the ETL application end.
• Ability to speak clearly and be understood by others.
• Able to make effective use of Microsoft Office.
• May need to be available outside of stated working hours to facilitate solution rollout.

• UNIX Scripts (1-3 years)
• Oracle (Custom Database) (3-5 years) Query/Platform tuni
• Oracle Application Software (1-3 years) any ETL platform
