10+ years of experience primarily in Oracle-ERP Service Contracts Module
Business Analysts who can work with business to understand the requirements in detail and work with IT to understand the features so that he can explain how to do the business activity or create GAP analysis and requirement document for missing features
Experience with Business Acumen/understanding of Software side of Service Contracts as below
Someone who understands different versions of IOS supported for a router and other products.
Which is latest and how the customers can be approached to have them upgrade their software or move to a different version
Understand Different part of Software service sales well such a versions, upgrades, licensing issues, download problems etc from both business & IT perspective
Key skills and experience sought are as follows: -
Strong program mgmt experience
Detail oriented.
Logical, structured, methodical
Ability to work at all levels of the organization and strong communications skills.
