Responsibilities
* Conduct business process analysis and needs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives;
* Capability to mine and analyze business transactional data to identify/quantify business and/or systems issues;
* Customize SAP applications using the IMG configuration tool;
* Create, test, and implement custom ABAP programs.
* This position requires someone to come in and implement and also should have experience in working on and maintainng system/environment on a day to day basis.
Qualifications and Experience
* A Bachelor's degree with at least 5 to 7 years of manufacturing experience. The successful candidate should be able to efficiently plan and complete multiple projects with a strong desire to improve processes and exceed customer expectations.
* SAP Production Planning functional and technical knowledge; Experience with the Variant Configuration module within SAP; Experience migrating legacy data to SAP;
* Strong SAP ERP 6.0 configuration skills in the process area of Production Planning;
* Experience with the ABAP programming language;
* Expertise with the LSMW data migration tool;
* Strong System Development Lifecycle and Change Control process knowledge;
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
