Business Resource Solutions, LLC is a shared services organization representing Glacier Technologies, LLC for all Human Resource and recruiting activities. Glacier Technologies, LLC is currently seeking candidates for the following opening: Database Administrator.
The database administrator will support what is needed to provide general database and system level expertise to ensure security, reliability, and stability of different applications in the FS. Database administration support will be responsible for maintaining the development and testing environments for the migrating applications and for applications that may be sponsored by the BAO in the future. Other activities include participation in system level architecture discussions, configuration management, and enterprise data management. Provide support to system administrators to implement the enterprise data center and associated network infrastructure tools and technologies. Canedidate will provide technical support to application development teams in implementing data warehouse and related products
Provide senior level technical support to application development teams in database level programming utilizing the following technologies:
PL/SQL
Oracle database technologies and application server
Service oriented tools and technologies
Linux, windows and solaris OS environments
Various internet protocols and security technologies such as
SMTP, TLS, SSL, XML, Encryption, proxies, etc.,
Various email servers
.Net and J2EE platforms
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field.
7-10 years of related experience required.
