The Technical Recruiting Associate will provide direct recruiting support for Technical Recruiters in terms of pre-screening, recruiting, and hiring experienced Information Technology, Government, and Engineering professionals. The position offers an annual salary with monthly bonus potential based on company metrics specific to the position. Work hours are 9:00am -- 6:00pm, with the understanding that overtime may be required as requested and approved by management.
The TRA's primary duties will include, but not limited to:
• Pipelining of candidates for specific client requirements
• Sourcing, screening, and recruiting of potential candidates via online job boards, career fairs, internal database, and networking events
• Direct support of Technical Recruiters for fulfillment of active client requirements for temporary or permanent staff
• Formatting resumes for client review
• Administration and management of background checks, drug tests, and security clearances
• Administrative Support for Technical Recruiters
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, plus at least two years in a high energy sales work environment. Candidate must be self-motivated with a history of exceeding high performance standards. Candidate must have excellent follow up, communication, telephone, and organizational skills. Strong internet search and research skills are required. Microsoft Office, online job board experience, and Boolean searching proficiency are highly desirable. Clear and strong communication skills, a desire for professional growth and enhancement are preferred.
