Sr. Network Analyst will apply specialized knowledge in a systems infrastructure discipline to conceptualize, design, construct, test, implement/ optimize infrastructure systems; which will in turn, will enable and support business functions.

Incumbent will interact with the customer to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context and organizational strategic direction. He or she will define, scope plans and deliverables for assigned projects. Additional responsibilities to collect, identify, define and organize detailed user and systems requirements.

Coordinates and collaborates with others to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations. Confirms and prioritizes project plans and deliverables with the customer. Demonstrates good customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).

Conceptualizes constructs, tests and implements integrated client/server solutions, distributed computing solutions, and/or physical and logical communications networks for the customer. Architects client/server solutions and environments.

Monitors performance and analyzes statistics to identify and resolve system infrastructure documentation. Establishes and maintains security, integrity and business continuity controls and documents. Participates in special system infrastructure projects.

2. Teams with customers to assess concerns and requirements, and develops specific strategies.
3. Reviews processes and develops improvements.
4. Evaluates and integrates tools and processes to increase productivity
5. Optimizes use of reusable system elements
6. Recommends improvements to the measurement process
7. Ensures requirements are clear, concise, verifiable, and traceable
8. Recommends and develops strategies for integrating tools with methodologies
9. Provides assistance to team members and customers with technical troubleshooting issues and concerns
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems.
• Five (5) + years experience in information systems support
• Comprehension of Infrastructure design, support and business concepts, as well as applications within a global enterprise.
•MCSE Windows 2000 and/or Windows 2003
•Expertise level of Windows 2000 & 2003 Server operating systems
•Strong utilization and understanding of Active Directory 2003 architecture
•Expert knowledge of server virtualization. (Knowledge of VMware ESX a plus).
•Highly experienced in / and knowledge of Dell and HP/Compaq server hardware.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
• Ability to work with general office equipment such as a personal computer and keyboard, facsimile machines and photocopier.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certification
• Past experience as a Microsoft Systems Administrator
• Knowledge of BigFix software delivery and asset inventory tools
