Seeking an Interactive Art Director who has a passion for digital advertising and a portfolio to match. The Interactive Art Director is responsible for concept development and the execution of creative deliverables in variety of different digital media, not just web. Project work may include websites, kiosks and touch-screen applications, mobile and wireless advertising, online marketing campaigns as well as broadcast television and radio. An Interactive Art Director works with and leads a creative team of designers, developers, copywriters and production specialists.

Requested Experience
5 years working experience in an Agency environment
Strong design portfolio
Good understanding of user interface fundamentals, layout, and typography
Ability to mentor and motivate other designers

Comprehensive understanding of:
Web standards and best practices
Usability and user-centric principles
Search optimization
Social media and online networking
Emerging technologies
