Requirements:
10+ to 15 years of experience
Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
Willingness to Travel - Often
One position will be based in Palmdale, CA and one which could be staffed with person being based in either.
Nevada or California. On our Special Projects Engineering Team you would support the development and integration of data acquisition and reduction infrastructure during laboratory design development, qualification, and acceptance test activities for complete vehicle and subsystems. You would work closely with personnel from avionics and flight control integration labs as you: collect and maintain instrumentation requirements; define data management methodologies; and develop and maintain data processing tools.
Periodic travel to remote test sites will be required to provide data acquisition support during flight test activities.
Basic Qualifications: BS Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (EE, Aero, etc) and 14 years of directly related experience or 12 years of experience with an MS degree. Current Top Secret Clearance is required.
Preferred:
Experience: Candidate will have experience with data acquisition systems, PCM, telemetry systems, C/C++, SQL databases.
