Systems Analyst Opportunity - Oracle, Informatica, PL SQL, Truecomp
SKILLS
5+ years experience in systems analysis and software development
4+ Years of Oracle development experience, Experience with SQL, PL/SQL (procedures, advanced queries, complex joins, indexes)
2+ Years of experience in Informatica
Additional preference around Callidus Software (Called TrueComp) experience
1+ year of experience working on Informatica with TrueComp (Callidus Software) applications.
Experience with Actuate reports.
Experience with TrueComp rule writing.
Bulk load/update TrueComp data (participants, positions, fixed values and other TrueComp related data)
Extract data from multiple source systems and transform to a TrueComp compatible load
Subject matter expertise in TrueComp Commission system and the core compensation module.
Ability to help business users evaluate and resolve commission processing interruptions and mitigate future interruption risks
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be proactive and seek to optimize the current use of features and functionalities to drive efficient processing end to end.
