JOB SUMMARY
This is a full-time Sales/Business Development position. Position entails establishing new business relationships and opportunities, as well as fostering current client relationships. The position also includes both inside and outside sales tasks.
Initially a lot of your role will be as an inside sales specialist, where you identify and qualify leads, create opportunities, and bring in opportunities for business. This will require a basic understanding of the company, our core services, and a fundamental understanding of information technology and network security in general. With time, you'll also be expected to familiarize yourself with the specific technology that we focus on, and also how to position that in a business scenario. You'll be expected to spend a significant amount of time on the phone making first contact with potential leads, and also setting up meetings, as these will be metrics that you are evaluated on. You'll also be expected to familiarize yourself with every aspect of the sales cycle, generating price quotes, writing proposals and service requests, generating purchase orders to vendors and distributors, and fostering the consultant-client relationship. With time, you will be expected to go on meetings and represent Secure DNA to potential clients. In addition, you may be asked to create or assist in creating sales campaigns, marketing plans, and event coordination. You will also be asked to contribute to designing technology solutions and assisting in business process improvements.


Minimum Requirements
Education
Undergraduate degree is required. Background and/or experience in Information Technology is preferred, but not required. Background and/or experience in Marketing is preferred, but not required.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to the success of the team.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills suitable for all levels of management. Ability to negotiate and inspire effective, timely, proactive or corrective action by management.
• Self-starter, with the ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member of a diverse work group.
• Experience in the use of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
