Primary Responsibilities:
• Act as the liaison between China headquarter and other country's partner, product and development teams to assure the quality of the final deliverables
• In charge of daily product operation of the target country
• Identify win-win opportunities with partners
• Responsible for the overall success of assigned accounts and partners
• Define best practices for internal and external facing operations to improve overall team efficiency
• Establish domain/country expertise, drive and prioritize local market requirements with external partners and internal product teams
Requirements:
• A minimum of 6+ years of internet industry experience
• A minimum of 3+ years of people management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills such as communication skills and negotiation skills are required
• Must have the ability to lead high caliber cross-functional teams
• Must have a can-do attitude with excellent problem solving capabilities
• Must be results and metrics oriented
• Must possess strong leadership and liaison skills
Education/Training:
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited university is required.
Other:
• Work location is in Shenzhen, China
• Must be fluent in English both written and verbal (English native speaker will be considered)
• Must have professional-level Mandarin Chinese writing, speaking and listening comprehension skills.
• Relocation assistance to China
