Merrick Towle Communications is an award-winning, well established and aggressively growing advertising agency. We are seeking talented Interactive Art Directors (IADs) who have a passion for digital advertising and a portfolio to match.
At Merrick Towle, the IAD is responsible for concept development and the execution of creative deliverables in variety of different digital media, not just web. Project work may include websites, kiosks and touchscreen applications, mobile and wireless advertising, online marketing campaigns as well as broadcast television and radio. An IAD works with and leads a creative team of designers, developers, copywriters and production specialists.

Bullet Points: - Strong design portfolio - Good understanding of user interface fundamentals, layout, and typography. - 5 years working experience in an Agency environment - Ability to mentor and motivate other designers.
Mastery of: - Photoshop - Fireworks - Dreamweaver - Flash - HTML - CSS - Javascript
Comprehensive understanding of: - Web standards and best practices - Usability and user-centric principles - Search optimization - Social media and online networking - Emerging technologies
Bonus points for: - ASP/.NET - SQL - Actionscript 2.0+ - Final Cut Pro and/or After Effects - Audio and Video Editing
