Position Description:
The Java Web Lead / Architect will lead and inspire a team of 6-8 from architecture and design all the way through to implementation. There are plenty of new projects on the docket for now and later, as they are growing and expanding their global footprint. From shaping the architectural vision to leading and mentoring, you will not be bored in this role. Guaranteed some stretch and opportunities for career advancement.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of demonstrated success in Java development
• Solid front-end and back-end Java development
• OOAD
• Iterative development
• Solid Web development using Java
• Servlets/JSF/WML/JavaScript
• SQL/UML/JUnit/Stores Procedures and Triggers
• Relational database systems
• Framework architecture experience
• Development of design models
• Development of business and requirements artifacts using ULM diagrams
• Flex is highly desired
• Tomcat/ Java Web Services is highly desired
