Senior level analyst position exists to provide business analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation functions in support of the Fixed Income and Structured Products division and the respective Wholesale Operations supporting team(s). This includes, but is not limited to, overseeing process reengineering, application analysis, design and implementation. This position also exists to clearly and creatively assess business unit requirements and successfully document and communicate these needs to Senior level management and technology partners.
4 year degree in Business or computer related field. CPA or MBA preferred. Minimum 5-7 years experience in banking and or technical environment, with extended exposure to a trading environment preferred. Experienced in leading teams preferred. Candidate should be able to creatively and effectively partner with the Operations Senior Leaders along with counterparts in other support divisions (Technology, Finance, Credit, Risk, etc). Proven performer with ability to work independently and in a team environment where members are from diverse arenas. Must be organized, creative, analytical individual with an ability to focus on the Big Picture while understanding and promoting details. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to diverse areas and levels both verbally and in written form. Must be able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and within scope. Prior experience with Interest Rate or Structured Credit Products Middle Office a strong plus.
