XMPie is the leading solutions provider for cross-media dynamic publishing - an essential and growing segment of the CRM and Marketing Automation market. XMPie's software enables enterprises and their marketing service providers to efficiently develop and execute highly customized, information driven, cross-media campaigns.
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer with exceptional communication and technical skills to handle pre-sales of our targeted solutions for the east coast accounts. You will work directly with our account sales managers to develop the value proposition of our company's products; author demos of the latest company products; and present solutions and demos directly to the customers. You will engage the customers on both technical and non-technical levels to ensure superior service as well as work directly with engineering teams to resolve issues. Not only should you have exceptional technical aptitude, but also be a confident presenter with excellent verbal skills who can prepare and present technical material to both business and technical audiences.
Requirements:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
Knowledgeable with Web-related technologies (HTTP/HTML, XML, ASPX, TCP/IP...).
Working knowledge of relational database administration (Ms SQL preferred).
Working experience with Dot.Net MS web services is a plus.
2+ years of technical sales or field sales experience.
2+ years of application development experience.
Sales Engineering or Professional Services/Consulting experience strongly preferred.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Must be proactive, self-directed, detailed, and organized.
Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated multitasking ability.
Proven self-starter.
Willing to travel in the east coast
