Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Systems Monitor position.
Description
To monitor MAPSX system in Mississippi.
Duties
Provide customer support and customer service pertaining to MAPS system monitoring. Candidate will field incoming
calls, create clientele trouble tickets, enter ticket and time date into AS400,. Record customer support calls into Siebel.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor line printer and GUI per guidelines.
* Print basic system generated reports.
* Field incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner;
* Record/track system problems per trouble ticket procedure;
* Report abnormal occurrences to supervisor timely;
* Maintain accurate transaction log throughout shift;
* Observe and enforce security procedures at all times;
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
* Requires a minimum of two years experience as bank teller, customer service representative, or other related field;
MS Windows 95 or WinNT basic operation; basic telephone answering skills;
* Ability to read, understand, and adhere to written and/or verbal instructions; Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred.
* High school diploma or equivalent
