We are looking for a mechanical engineer with 5+ years of electronic packaging for a client in Milwaukee.
Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Compensation: Full-time, permanent position and we are targeting a base salary of $85-100,0000 depending on skill and experience level. Solid Benefits. Local candidates strong preferred. May consider relocating someone who has strong ties to the greater Milwaukee area.
General: Research, development, estimating, conceptual and detailed design, materials, testing and analysis. This is a senior level position requiring creativity, foresight, and mature engineering judgment in anticipating and solving unique and complicated engineering problems. Utilize advanced
techniques and the modification and extension of theories, precepts, and practices of the field and related sciences and disciplines to determine program objectives and requirements.
Required Skills: BSME with 5+ years electronic packaging and solid skills using ProE. Solid drafting skills and knowledge of geometric tolerances. Familiar with UL and CE standards. Ability to develop and maintain bills of materials on ProE drawings. Proficiency in ProE sheet metal, ProE cable & wire harness, as well as ProE assembly and Intralink.
Preferred: MSME. Good overall knowledge of component manufactures in the electronics industry.
