Connection Strategies Enterprises, Inc. is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill an open Programmer Analyst position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES WOULD INCLUDE:
Responsible for programming support for IT initiatives including requirements definition and design, development and implementation phases. Provides the programming support for all internal applications being developed in-house. Supports and resolves issues with 3rd party applications.
Analyzes the needs of the user providing technical support as part of the Information Technology Department, such as designing, coding, implementing and debugging programs.
Design, code, and test programs for use by both employees and clients in a Windows or Internet browser interface.
Analyzes workflow to provide systems to support or replace labor intensive or repetitive tasks.
Integrates, maintains, tests, and resolves issues with 3rd party software and existing systems.
Analyzes end user data needs and develops user oriented solutions which interface with existing applications.
Communicates with bank's clients on issues related to delivery of account information by electronic means.
Provides estimates for resources required to implement programming solutions.
Manages and takes ownership of multiple, parallel projects using formal project planning techniques throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
IDEAL CANDIDATES WOULD POSSESS A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING SKILL SETS:
Demonstrated experience and technical competence should include Visual Basic VB.NET, ASP.NET, and SQL.
Thorough understanding of database design.
Demonstrated skills with software development lifecycle and exposure and use with project management methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to meet stated client and internal customer initiated deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
