CLIENT-SIDE DEVELOPER -
Expert level cross-browser, cross-platform knowledge of semantic, standards-compliant XHTML, CSS and JavaScript (hand-code without the use of WYSIWIG)
Proficiency with Flash design tools and Action Script, to translate UI designs into workable Flash/RIA interfaces
Advanced knowledge of JSP and JSTL
Experience with usability concepts, user testing and accessibility guidelines
Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
Strong communication skills are a must
Must be able to work with all levels of management and be a team player
Passion for web standards and web applications
Awareness of current web trends with interest in latest design and development technologies
Possesses problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to create solutions to complex problems
