PeopleSoft Project Manager
This is an exciting opportunity with a strong organization offering a fulltime permanent position.
This position is located in the Bahamas and you would be working at a beautiful resort property.
You will also have responsibility of assisting with their Boutique style Luxury properties in the Bahamas. The main criteria that we are concentrating on is for a PeopleSoft Payroll individual with conversioan experience.
. finance/Accounting experience
. A minimum of 5 years demonstrated project management experience
(PeopleSoft and/or software systems conversions preferred)
Advanced computer skills required.
Job Summary:
This individual acts as the project manager and principal point of contact within the Payroll function for the conversion to PeopleSoft 8.0.
In this capacity this role will oversee all aspects of the conversion process, providing in-depth expertise on the current Finance/Payroll systems and processes and guiding design of the delivered software solution.
They will work closely with the HR Project Manager to manage the conversion project timeline, tracking success metrics, developing and executing communications plans, and providing a winning customer experience (HR and operator) at product deployment.
