Position: PBX Field Tech Support Rep (Bilingual)

Time Requirements:
•Must be fully bilingual (English/French).
•Certificate/Diploma in electronics or computer system technology from a recognized 2 or 3 year program at an accredited community college or other training institute.
•Minimum 3 years related field experience in support of PBX products and the workings of local and wide area networks.
•High degree of analytical and troubleshooting skills.
•Working knowledge of CRM software.
