Our telecommunications client based in the Mississauga area, is looking for the immediate services of a Web Developer / Programmer Analyst for a 3 month contract which will lead into a full-time position within the organization.
Typically reporting into a Project Leader or Project Manager, the Web Developer / Programmer Analyst will be required to design, develop and implement software packages for web sites. Additionally, the Web Developer / Programmer Analyst will be in charge of troubleshooting, debugging and implementing software code.
Requirements:
Candidates for the role of Web Developer / Programmer Analyst will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related area and/or three or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required for this position, hence, candidates need to be flexible in approach. Moreover, the Web Developer / Programmer Analyst will be working with a team of Developers and therefore must have exceptional communication skills including written documentation. Exposure to Java programming would be considered a major asset.
As this client supports a wide variety of clients who all use various web development languages, the ideal candidate must have hands-on work experience ASP.net and PHP.
