Are you an expert in HTML and CSS web design? We are looking for a Web Developer for our client's Games Team. The candidates' primary responsibility is production and front end development of community websites for popular game titles. Working from provided wireframes and design comps, build and deliver sites using HTML, CSS, and Silverlight. Works closely with Site Manager, Designer and Developers to deliver well built, usable, interactive sites.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities for Web Developer
• Assisting in the development and implementation of community websites for game sites
• Develop, modify and implement web pages from provided wireframes and comps
• Develops and maintains HTML/CSS style standards for web site
• Aids Interaction Designer in preparing mockups for design reviews
• Works closely with design lead and developer to deliver technically accurate and well organized websites
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of web experience and power user of Web
• Advanced Photoshop and Dreamweaver skills
• Strong production skills and ability to translate designs into HTML, CSS, and Flash
• Familiar with Flash, JavaScript and XML
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work and problem solve
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Professional, reliable, ability to work well under pressure and proven team player
• Ability to wireframe and design sites from scratch a huge plus
• Silverlight experience a huge plus
• Passion for games a MUST!
