This role will provide expertise in the SAP/HR/Payroll/Time Management modules for Fortune 500 global company based in Houston, TX.

Experience required:
* Strong configuration experience with work schedules, absence/attendance types, wage type generation and substitutions.
* Experience implementing gross-to-net payroll, including gross using Time Management, Garnishments, taxes, posting to FI and off-cycle payroll
* Must have working knowledge of SAP Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll master data.
* Must be able to evaluate and analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across other HR and SAP modules.
* Must have participated in at least one HR implementation which had functional /SAP configuration responsibilities with several SAP HR modules such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Cross Application Time Sheets System (CATS), time evaluation, payroll, benefits and reporting.
* SAP HR Payroll and Time Management experience is a MUST.
* Formal training and extensive experience configuring, implementing and maintaining more than one facet of SAP HR Payroll and Time Management.
* Strong written and oral communication skills

Educational requirements:
* BA or BS degree
* MBA or other advance degree preferred
