This effort is for services related to aligning work products to Earned Value requirements.
Tasks to be completed:
A: Perform data reconciliations between work products and system generated EVMS information. Reconciliations are to be performed on the following: Work Authorization Documents, Responsibility Assignment Matrix, Cost Performance Report and other customer deliverables, Integrated Master Schedule, Baseline Change Documents and Program Logs, WBS Dictionary.
B: Document disconnects found in reconciliations.
C: Assist in implementation of corrective actions, including potential program specific process changes. Track and report on progress towards completion of all action items. This will involve working with Program Management and all functions and disciplines.
D:Conduct interviews with Control Account Managers and document results.
E: Assist in preparing customer and management briefings.
F: Conduct training sessions for program personnel on scope traceability, work authorizations, and basic EVMS.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Candidates must have previous hands on experience with EVMS (NOT JUST THEORY). Must be able to dig into the data and develop corrective actions.
TOP SECRET/SSBI Clearance is strongly desired.
