Prior experience testing SAP applications
Extensive experience as Test Lead
Automation experience (QTP)
Quality Center experience
Experience working with cross-functional teams in matrix environment
Project Management experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate across various levels of organization


Nice to Haves:

SAP BI/BW

Legacy system experience may be helpful (ie, Oracle Financials)
Prior experience working in Financial environment may be helpful (ie, General Ledger experience)
Six Sigma knowledge may be helpful
