Ad Producer
Temp to Hire Position - Contract 120 - 180 Days
The Ad Producer is a key member of the Technical Revenue Operations team and is responsible for production and development of advertising activity for the Internet group.
The position's core responsibilities include: scheduling ads, managing sponsorship placement in coordination with site production and the inventory analyst, tier 1 ad support, managing the daily creative QA process, setup of test pages, configuration of ad opportunities within ad management system and other ad operations maintenance tasks as assigned.
The Ad Production team has responsibility for the integrity of advertising and as a result the Ad Producer shares on-call responsibilities with other Producers to provide 24x7 coverage for all sites as it applies to advertising.

The Minimum Required Skills for this Ad Producer includes the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1 - 2 years experience in internet or advertising operations
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
Experience with ad trafficking software systems, for example: DART, is a plus
Specific Skills Required:
Proficient in HTML
Familiarity with JavaScript and Flash
Experience with text editors
Marketing and Advertising knowledge a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
