-Mobile application development experience a must:
- Microsoft Windows Mobile platform experience preferred
- Mobile device to server data synchronization experience a must
-Minimum of 8 years experience in the design and development of Microsoft based software systems.
-Technical expert highly specialized in Microsoft based technologies, specifically .NET, that is proficient in application systems analysis and programming.
-Able to act independently given general direction.
-Experience and firm grasp of the C# programming language.
-Experience and firm grasp of Microsoft SQL Server programming. (SSIS and Replication experience helpful)
-Complete understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
-Good knowledge of Object Oriented design and development.
-Thorough knowledge of multi-tier programming.
-Experience and firm comprehension of web based application development.
-Experience and firm understanding of software development and synchronization using mobile data collection systems.
-Able to work creatively, analytically, and independently in a problem solving environment.
-In-depth experience of operations and control procedures for high quality software development.
-Perform detailed software code reviews with other .NET software developers.
-Excellent task management for self and other .NET software developers.
-High level of output and contribution to the software development team.
-Able to task-supervise other .NET programmers to deliver software as a team.
-Able to understand use cases, process flows, and other functional specifications delivered by the Business Analysts to implement software solutions.
-Work cooperatively with product development management.
