Seeking a software development project manager with extensive agile experience. Some of the things we are looking for:
• Extensive experience developing custom software
• Scrum. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) a plus.
• Experience with XP, FDD or Lean
• Solid grasp of the PM triangle of doom
• Ability to effectively communicate risks, manage scope and prioritize features and issues.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, i.e. conflict resolution, facilitation, etc.
• Experience working with Testing and automated test management a plus
• Experience working with distributed teams
