Infrastructure Engineer
We are currently in need of an Infrastructure Engineer to join our project team. This is a contract opportunity in Cleveland, OH.
Responsibilities:
? Provides management and support of CISCO environment
? Manages DMZ related connectivity
? Manages remote connectivity
? Manages ISP(s) connectivity
? Manages internal security related audits and troubleshooting
? Provides management and troubleshooting of IP telephony
? Provides management and troubleshooting of IVR
? Provides management and troubleshoot of Call Manager
? Provides support to business and IT users on a tier 2 level
? Communicates with users to resolve issues
Mandatory Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in related area or 4-6 years experience in similar field
? Relevant CISCO certifications
? Must be self motivated and capable of producing results with guidance level input from management
? Must be capable of interfacing with business users and drafting requirements from them
? Must take ownership and responsibilities within the areas of their responsibilities and seek to assist in other areas
? Must be willing to work diligently at problem solving, knowing when to incorporate others
? Must display a solid ability to work with other team members as well as with business customers
? Must demonstrate integrity in the work place due to the sensitive nature of the position
? Must demonstrate an ability to drive efforts to a conclusion
? Must be able to provide and maintain quality documentation around areas of responsibility
? Must provide documentation that is understandable on multiple professional skill levels
? Must display an ability to strategically plan scheduled tasks within areas of responsibilities
? Must be able to communicate needed items to complete tasks within areas of responsibilities
