JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an energetic, innovative, customer-focused individual to join our IT Enterprise Development team. This position will be responsible for a full-lifecycle development and support of the data dictionary and custom applications that internal customers use. The successful candidate will need to be able to multi-task and get up to speed quickly in a dynamic IT environment.
1) Maintaining and enhancing the operational readiness and performance of the data dictionary across multiple product lines.
2) Working with Product Management and internal customers to define requirements.
3) Debugging issues in VB Script and SQL.
4) Developing Share Point Technologies (WSS & MOSS)
5) Managing multiple projects.
Primary Responsibility:
• Manage and develop data dictionaries.
• Troubleshoot and debug data dictionary issues
• Configuration, deployment, maintenance of dictionaries across portable area networks and main data center servers
• Effective research and identification of functional, technical, and security issues.
• Write scripts to automate common tasks and help diagnose problems.
• Research new technologies that will improve efficiency.
• Identify and develop process improvements in the interaction between business application and the IT organization.
• Available to participate in On-call rotation.
• Create and customize share point sites
• Be able to lead multiple projects
Technical Requirements:
• Database design principals, UI design, Active Directory 2003, SQL Server 2005/2000, SQL queries, VB Script.

• Write and debug VB Script
• A strong understanding of network and system monitoring tools
• .NET framework
• Share Point design and web parts implementation

Travel Requirements:
• This position may require 5% travel between the main office and datacenters.
Educational and Skill Set Requirements:
• BS in Computer Science desired. Will consider equivalent experience.
• At least 5+ years of experience in the IT Industry.
• 3+ years of SQL query writing and debugging experience.
• 3 +years of VB script writing and debugging experience.
• 3+ years of UI design experience on a smart client UI
• 2+ years experience with an IDE environment
• 3+ years of experience with SQL server
• 3+ years of experience with .NET Framework
• 3+ years of experience with C# or ASP.NET
• Some mortgage related experience would be helpful
