Role Summary
Utilizing independent judgment and discretion, designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements moderately complex operating systems components, software tools, and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of computer systems. Makes moderately complex modifications to existing software to fit specialized needs and configurations, and maintains program libraries and technical documentation. Assists in planning, scheduling and implementation. Initiates corrective action to stay on schedule. Typically requires two to four years of experience.
Major Duties
To support the Special Investigations Unit from both an Internal and External capacity working on developing reports and capturing data using MS-Access, Lotus Notes, SQL, DB2/QMF, Brio, and other reporting tools.
Qualifications
-3+ years of experience working in a data analyst support role
-Advanced MS-Access and macro development skills is required
-Working knowledge of Lotus Notes and SQL
-Experience with SAS, Brio, and QMF is preferred, but not required
