Reporting to the Director, Systems Development, the QA Tester position entails elevating the efficiency and effectiveness of all Quality Assurance processes and infrastructure. The main goals for this position are to devise and run test cases that verify compliance to specified business requirements.

Responsibilities:
•Analyze business requirements to identify testing requirements
•Develop and execute test plans
•Develop test cases and execute functional and integration testing
•Prepare and maintain the test environments
•Provide test result reports
•Liaise with the system development team on resolving bugs and issues
•Assist in all areas of documentation
•Other duties as assigned

Education

Post Secondary Education
IT related degree / diploma

Experience

3+ years experience in QA and software testing
Testing of web based applications
Experience in all aspects of the SDLC
SQL 2000/2005/Windows /.Net
