If you are a local Flash developer and have the portfolio to prove it, then keep reading.
Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize creative solutions that will wow clients and cause them to come back for more.
• Integrate Flash, XML and video for creating sites and banners.
• Develop quality, front-end code following industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Designers and Art Directors to breathe life into flat comps that will wow the clients.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience with interactive design/development.
• Flash authoring and ActionScript 2.0/3.0 expertise.
• Agency experience and well recognized brand/project experience is a huge plus.
• Minimum 1-5 years working with Photoshop, JavaScript, DHTML, XML.
• Ability to have fun, help out, and play well with others.
• A web portfolio that makes people stop what they are doing and yell out to their coworker in the next cube to "Come here and look at this."
• Availability to work onsite, between 25 and 40 hours per week, depending on client need.
