Due to increasing customer demands, we are expanding our Software Engineering team. We are looking for an exceptional Software Engineer to join our growing team with a successful track record in the design, development and implementation of consumer facing websites.
Responsibilities:
The Software Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of large scale, high-traffic consumer facing websites in an ASP.NET / C# / SQL Server development environment.
What you will do:
- Design, develop and implement complex high-traffic consumer facing websites in ASP.NET, C#, HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS, AJAX and related UI frameworks
- Work with other developers on the project team to ensure the implementation is consistent across all application components
- Prepare related technical documentation
- Update problem tracking and change control tracking systems
- Participate in team code reviews
- Interface with internal system architects, senior designers, and QA analysts
Qualifications:
Skills and experience you will need:
- Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, HTML, and JavaScript
- Demonstrable web UI development skills and ability to show relevant work
- Must be proficient in Object Oriented Design and Programming
- Experience with database technologies including MS SQL and/or MySQL
- Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Web development experience for high-traffic websites, e-commerce services, or relevant consumer software applications a plus
- Knowledge of CSS, AJAX, and XML a plus
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
