SQL SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
The SQL Software Developer will be responsible for all SQL activity at a growing corporate office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description and Responsibilities:
* Develop SQL Procedures based on a relational database
* Using MS Analysis Services, build and maintain one or more Cubes as part of a Data Warehouse.
* Work with end-users to develop specifications for each task prior to implementation
* Work as part of a small IT team
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES
- Minimum of 4 (prefer 4-8) years of experience in SQL Development
- Must be comfortable with relational databases.
- Must have 1-2 years experience with MS Analysis Services and building of a Cube as part of a Data Warehouse.
- Must be able to communicate effectively using diagrams.
- Exposure to Convenience Store and Retail Industry is a plus.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS
This is a contract position with the expected duration of 3 to 6 months
This position could turn into a possible contract to hire.
EDUCATION
BS required.
