GlobalStep -India is a game testing company with offices in Dallas, Amsterdam and QA labs in Pune, India. GlobalStep provides functionality and standards testing for publishers and developers in Europe and the U.S., on Consoles, PC, MMOG and Mobile platforms.
We are licensed testers for Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Sony PSP, PS2 and PS3 and do Windows for game testing as per Microsoft Standards. Our clients include publishers and developers in both Europe and the U.S.
We are at current strength of 40 + professionals in Pune, India, with plans to add another 100 gaming professionals to our team in Pune before the year end.

JOB TITLE: Senior System Administrator
EXPERIENCE: 2 - 4 years relevant experience in IT/ITES industry.
Required Skills:
• Designing, configuring and managing the entire Network.
• Must have had extensive exposure to the following:
o Windows 2003 Server Software.
o 2821 Cisco router,
o Cisco firewalls & Adaptive Security Appliances,
o NetGear Layer 2 & 3 Switches,
o Cisco Layer 2 switches.
o ADS, DNS, DHCP.
o LAN , WAN, VLAN
o Antivirus
• Management of Data downloads & uploads in a safe and secure environment.
• NATing, PAT (port address translation), Port Forwarding, Performance log monitoring.
• Managing Secure & smart FTP
• Managing Band Width Utilization
• Load balancing in a Multiple line environment
• Proficiency in Verbal and Written English.
• Is open to flexible work timings. (Must be open to working nights & Weekends when necessary).
Optional Skills:
? Experience on Linux & Unix will be an added advantage.
? Ability to plan, design and implement new ideas
