• Struts (2+ years)
• Hibernate (2+ years)
• Spring (2+ years)
• Web based development (3+ years)
• Solaris 10 -- strong, general UNIX skills i.e. command line navigation, VI, file operations, shell scripting (2+ years)
• Web services (2+ years)
• JavaScript (2+ years)
• Eclipse IDE (1+ years)
Preferred:
• UML -- Ability to understand Business Use Cases and create System Use Cases
• CVS
• Ant
• PowerBuilder
• Sybase
