As a Systems Analyst you will work closely with human resources and payroll departments to understand strategic and financial objectives and translate them into functional applications. You will serve as the primary resource on the Ultipro implementation team as well as develop detailed system installation and implementation plans.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 3+ years of work experience in payroll and human resource management systems
- Working knowledge of RPG and/or COBOL is required
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience using query tools, including IBM query, SQL, and Cognos is a plus.
