Summary of essential job responsibilities:
• Learn the technical aspects of Labtronics software such as typical customer use, known issues and possible solutions;
• Develop application modules inside of Labtronics products (VB type programming);
• Configure our products for specific customer requirements;
• Provide web-based training to customers;
• Participate in special internal projects as required.
Minimum requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years work experience providing application support services to external clients
• University degree in Computer Science or Science
• Strong technical knowledge of databases (Oracle and SQL Server)
• Knowledge of programming and scripting (VB, C, Java, ASP, etc.)
• Knowledge of networks, network security and servers
Successful candidate will:
• Have a strong technical knowledge of Windows based operating systems and programs;
• Possess exceptional communication skills -- written and verbal;
• Have strong business analyst and project management skills.
