Essential Functional Skills and Responsibilities:
• Work as part of the Quality Assurance team to ensure that products meet customer requirements
• Write and execute test strategies and plans
• Develop test scripts based on customer requirements
• Perform automated or manual tests as necessary
• Perform regression testing
• Perform integration testing
• Perform load testing
• Deliver performance benchmarks for products verifying results meet business needs
• Complies with the standards in the software development life cycle
• Assist in the development of additional related processes

Job Specifications:

Education / Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience as Quality Control Analyst

Computer Skills
• Advanced knowledge and demonstrated use of personal computer software applications including Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio)
• Proficient working knowledge of manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Rational, Mercury). Demonstrated use of automated testing scripts.


Work Environment:
• Corporate office environment
• Regular business hours, occasional overtime and travel

• General technology as it relates to office administration
