Agilent has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Professional.
Position responsibilities include:
• Lead the design, development and delivery of Front office solutions as part of a broader ERP/Siebel program for Agilent's business.
• Work collaboratively with our business partners in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service to develop business capability and associated IT solution roadmaps.
• Engage in consulting with key businesses partners and IT leadership on key business problems/initiatives and help recommend appropriate IT solutions.
• Proactively partner with other solution areas within IT to develop IT solution recommendations to our business partners.
• Works with Siebel process/applications/technical leads, partner organizations and management to ensure processes are optimized and critical business requirements are met.
• Participate in industry forums and actively engaging with peer companies to bring external best practices/solution recommendations in-house.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated functional knowledge and proficiency with multiple Siebel modules and integration with other platforms and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large IT/business projects and programs through all phases of the project life cycle.
• Participated in two or more full project life cycle implementations using Siebel CRM.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide leadership in the delivery of global programs as part of a cross-geographic, cross-cultural team.
• Exposure to working in the High Tech vertical.
• Exposure to working with extended services and offshore delivery models.
• Extensive Client Development and Management skills at Senior Executive levels.
• Domain expertise with Service Delivery, Customer Contact Center, Sales, Marketing, Analytics and Business Intelligence
• Experience with Siebel 7.X, 8.X, Siebel Analytics
Bachelors Degree in Computers or Master Degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 12 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years of deploying solutions using Siebel CRM.
